"General Shipping Rules"
We ship using UPS ground.
- All deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage.
- We prefer to ship to a physical address, but we can ship most orders to a
P.O. box if needed. We will contact you if there is a problem.
- We are unable to ship outside of the United States.
- All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
- No C.O.D. orders can be accepted.
- Refused shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus all applicable
shipping fees, which are NOT refundable.
- Our minimum charge is $9.00 East of the Mississippi River. Weight
and distance are calculated at this point.
- If you call us at 1-800-354-2691, ( 10 AM till 5 PM Eastern
Time Zone ) we can probably arrange to
send your purchase to a Post Office Box ( by US Mail), or ship using 1st,
2nd, or 3rd day UPS. These things will not be handled using
online ordering.

| Painted Glass already has shipping charges (from $15.00 to $23.00) added on at check out , chose "Painted Glass" as the shipping method in the shopping cart check out procedure. | |
Return Policy:
- You may return merchandise if you FIRST call and notify us.
- I have taken great care in packaging your merchandise so you had better take the same care in packaging it for returning it. I suggest using the same boxes and packaging material that your merchandise arrived in, if it is still in good condition. You are totally responsible for making sure that the merchandise arrives, in perfect condition, back in my possession.
- The merchandise cost will be refunded or applied toward an exchange, it is your choice.
- The merchandise cost will NOT be refunded if the product is damaged in any way, you will then need to file a claim with the shipper that you used to return it to me.
- The shipping charged to you originally is NOT refundable.
- The shipping charges you will incur while shipping the merchandise back to me will NOT be refunded.
- New shipping charges will be added if you decide to exchange the merchandise and have it shipped to you.
- A copy of your original shipping paper work, that I included in the box, and a legible copy of your charge slip must accompany the merchandise returned, in the box.

Availability :
- Timely shipping is subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock when you order we will send it to you just as soon as we can. The longest delay we anticipate is 4-5 weeks and that is usually on special orders that we don't usually stock. We will send you an e-mail to keep you informed.
