As
you can see the weather vane mount is very universal and can be attached to a
number of objects, besides the roof. Places my customers have wanted to
mount the weather vane are fence posts, deck railings, inside on the mantel above
the fire place, boat houses, barns, out buildings, large bird houses, on one
slope of the roof instead of the peak, chimneys, fascia board, copula, and of
course the house roof.
